Welcome to the third issue of Madrid Global Newsletter. Madrid Global is the Madrid Office for International Strategy and Action (a body which is dependent on the Area of Studies Coordination and External Relations, within the Deputy Mayor's Office). This third issue focuses on the strategy that Madrid, and by extension Spain, is developing in Asia and The Pacific. We don’t forget our presence in Shanghai, due to the presentation of the Madrid Pavillion in 2010 Shanghai Expo. We wish you merry Christmas and a fantastic year 2010!
