 Dear friend

Welcome to the second issue of Madrid Global Newsletter. Madrid Global is the Madrid Office for International Strategy and Action (a section of the Madrid City Council Area for Studies and External Relations). This first issue focuses on urban public diplomacy initiatives carried out with Casa Asia, the Asian Development Bank and the OPENCities Project. We don’t forget our presence in Shanghai for the first stone of Madrid's pavilion at the 2010 World Expo, a place where we hope you will enjoy being our guest. We hope you enjoy the newsletter!
